We have a **zero-tolerance policy** for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We actively monitor, block, and immediately report any such violations or suspicious activities to relevant local and international law enforcement authorities (including NCMEC). Users can report child safety concerns directly in-app or via our grievance email.

5. Women's Safety & Anti-Harassment

We are deeply committed to the safety of our female members. Pavitra Sangam employs strict anti-harassment algorithms and manual moderation. Women have exclusive features to restrict who can view their photos, initiate conversations, or view their contact details. Any reported harassment, stalking, or inappropriate behavior leads to immediate and permanent account suspension and legal action.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as you use our services. In compliance with Google Play's Data Safety policies, users have the absolute right to request account deletion. You can delete your account directly from the App Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data, chat history, and uploaded media are permanently erased from our active servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law for fraud prevention.
